Our Real Italian Snacks project was inspired by a desire to revive the simplest snacks based on the oldest Italian regional traditions, by reinterpreting them with a modern twist to create trendy, tasty snacks perfect for eating “on the go” or as an accompaniment to an aperitif.
We source our products from Sardinia, Puglia, Lazio and Tuscany. We re-invented the recipes with new taste combinations and made them “snackable”, without losing their regional identity and origin – in fact, the production has been kept in the original region, where they do it best!
We selected the best ingredients, without adding any artificial ingredients, flavours or colours, just our passion!
The result is Taralluccios, the best of Italian tradition in a snack format!
The range currently includes two products: Tocchetti from Puglia and Crunchy Wheat Chips from Sardinia.
